Commit on Panorama displays a message "DLP profile lock not set, it may be possible to delete rules in security platform from cloud. Please recommit to set the profile lock." is displayed

Symptom
When performing a commit on the Panorama, the message "DLP profile lock not set, it may be possible to delete rules in security platform from cloud. Please recommit to set the profile lock." might be appeared.
Environment
- Panorama
- PAN-OS 10.1 or later
Cause
This message will be displayed after installing a DLP plugin on the Panorama that managed firewalls do not have a valid DLP license.
Resolution
There are two ways to remove the message as below.
- Activate a valid DLP license on the managed firewall
- Uninstall the DLP plugin from the Panorama (Panorama > Plugins > Installed DLP plugin > click Uninstall)
