When Explicit Proxy configured, connection to websites fail with error HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request.

Cause

Software Issue.

Resolution

The issue is resolved under PAN-265349.
Upgrade the device to one of the fixed PAN-OS version 12.1.0, 11.1.8, 11.2.5, 11.1.4-h4.
