Commit failure due to validation error by "mlav-engine-urlbased-enabled unexpected here"

• PAN-OS upgraded from 10.1 to higher (example to 10.2.x)
• On the first commit after upgrade,  the commit fails due to the validation error in URL Filtering Profile with following message:

Validation Error:
profiles -> url-filtering -> <URL_PROFILE> -> mlav-engine-urlbased-enabled unexpected here
profiles -> url-filtering is invalid
Commit failed

• PAN-OS is upgraded from 10.1.x to 10.2.x or higher

The configuration of Inline categorization is changed between PAN-OS 10.1 and PAN-OS 10.2.

1. Disable all options in "Inline Categorization" tab of Web management UI GUI: Objects > Security Profiles > URL filtering > (configured URL profile)
2. Commit the config.
3. Once the commit job succeeds without any validation errors, re-enable "Inline Categorization" in the profile.
4. If the issue remains, Open a Support case.
