Unable to Downgrade the IONs from 6.3.x to 6.1.x code.

• Unable to downgrade the IONs as downgrade when the interface used-for-config is controller and used-for-config is HA.

•  When the interface used-for-config is HA, error message shown below is displayed

• Similarly, when the interface is configured as "used this port for Controller", error message. "Downgrade is not supported when interface used-for-config is controller. Change to a valid used for and entry" is displayed.

• Prisma SD-WAN
• Software downgrade from 6.3.x

• In the next Gen 2 IONs, the interface can be used as a Controller or HA  along with few other options.
• The settings can be done under the GUI option "Use this port for".
• If the interface is used as Controller or HA in version 6.3.x, then the downgrade fails.

1. Login to the SCM portal and navigate to workflows > Branch sites > select the site and select the ION device.
2. Now click on the interface tab and select the interface being used.
3. Set the port configuration to "None" under " use this port for" option.
4. Once set, retry the downgrade, and it will be successful.

The issue is not applicable for GEN1 IONs (ION 2000, ION 3000, etc) as they have dedicated controller ports.
