How to Remove Device Associations from Tenant Service Group?

To Remove Device Associations from a Tenant Service Group (TSG). This is done when the devices need to be decommissioned or retired.

• Hub
• Tenant Management
• Strata Cloud Manager

1. From the HUB (https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/) page, navigate to Device Associations.
   • Common Services > Device Associations
2. For every Firewall/Panorama that you want removed, please delete the associated 'Product Associations'.
   • Select the device > Remove Association > Remove Product Association > Select the products > Remove Associations
3. Remove any app association before proceeding to remove the tenant association for a device.
4. For every Firewall/Panorama that you want disassociated, remove the Tenant Association.
