Symptom

将 GPapp从 6.2.5 升级到 6.3.1 或 6.3.1-c383 后，GP 用户突然与 GP 断开连接，并显示“连接失败”消息，并且重新连接也失败。

在 PanGPS.log 中，问题发生时会看到以下日志。

Cause

该问题的根本原因可能是GlobalProtect 代理安装损坏或 GlobalProtect 6.3.1 和 6.3.1-c383 版本中存在错误。

Resolution

将 GPapp升级到 6.3.2 或即将推出的 6.3.1 修补程序。
