GP connection suddenly disconnected with the message Connection failed" and reconnection failed: DRBG selftest: FAILED, error: error:2D08D065:FIPS routines:func(141):reason(101)

• GlobalProtect (GP) app upgraded from 6.2.5 to 6.3.1 or 6.3.1-c383, 
• After upgrade, GP users get suddenly disconnected from GP with the message "Connection failed,"
• Reconnection also fails
• In the PanGPS.log, the following logs are seen

Software Issue.

1. The issue is fixed under GPC-21542.
2. Upgrading the GP app to 6.3.2 fixes the issue.
