Symptom
- After clicking the activation magic link and following the instructions as stated in 激活地层记录服务, you will see the following error.
SUB_SERVICE_1135 : Strata Cloud Manager the listed product(s) are active on the selected tenant. Please select a different tenant or create a new tenant to activate the licenses.
Environment
- Strata 日志服务 (以前称为 Cortex 数据湖)
- Strata 云管理器
Cause
基于 Strata Logging Service TB的许可证无法在 Strata Cloud Manager Essential 上激活。
Resolution
无法在 Strata Cloud Manager Essential 上激活基于 Strata Logging Service TB的许可证。应在新的租户服务组中激活基于 Strata Logging Service TB的许可证。
