Symptom
- After clicking the activation magic link and following the instructions as stated in Strata Logging 서비스 활성화, you will see the following error.
SUB_SERVICE_1135 : Strata Cloud Manager the listed product(s) are active on the selected tenant. Please select a different tenant or create a new tenant to activate the licenses.

- Strata 클라우드 관리자
Cause
Strata Logging Service TB 기반 라이선스는 Strata Cloud Manager Essential에서 활성화할 수 없습니다.
Resolution
Strata Logging Service TB 기반 라이선스는 Strata Cloud Manager Essential에서 활성화할 수 없습니다. Strata Logging Service TB 기반 라이선스는 새 Tenant 서비스 그룹(Service Group) 에서 활성화해야 합니다.
