Symptom

After clicking the activation magic link and following the instructions as stated in Strata Logging Service を有効にする, you will see the following error.

SUB_SERVICE_1135 : Strata Cloud Manager the listed product(s) are active on the selected tenant. Please select a different tenant or create a new tenant to activate the licenses.

Cause

Strata Logging Service TBベースのライセンスは、Strata Cloud Manager Essential ではアクティブ化できません。

Resolution

Strata Logging Service TBベースのライセンスは、Strata Cloud Manager Essential ではアクティブ化できません。Strata Logging Service TBベースのライセンスは、新しいテナントサービスグループでアクティブ化する必要があります。
