Unable to activate Strata Logging Service.

• After clicking the activation magic link and following the instructions as stated in Activate Strata Logging Service, you will see the following error.
  

  SUB_SERVICE_1135 : Strata Cloud Manager the listed product(s) are active on the selected tenant. Please select a different tenant or create a new tenant to activate the licenses.

• Strata Logging Service (Previously Cortex Data Lake)
• Strata Cloud Manager

1. Strata Logging Service TB based license cannot be activated on Strata Cloud Manager Essential.
2. Strata Logging Service TB based license should be activated in a new Tenant Service Group.
