Symptom
- After clicking the activation magic link and following the instructions as stated in Strata Logging Service aktivieren, you will see the following error.
SUB_SERVICE_1135 : Strata Cloud Manager the listed product(s) are active on the selected tenant. Please select a different tenant or create a new tenant to activate the licenses.
Environment
- Strata Logging Service (vorher Cortex Data Lake)
- Strata Cloud Manager
Cause
Die auf Strata Logging Service TB basierende Lizenz kann auf Strata Cloud Manager Essential nicht aktiviert werden.
Resolution
Die auf Strata Logging Service TB basierende Lizenz kann nicht auf Strata Cloud Manager Essential aktiviert werden. Die auf Strata Logging Service TB basierende Lizenz muss in einer neuen Tenant Dienstgruppe aktiviert werden.
