Symptom
- When you try to replace a Prisma SD-WAN ION device, the bypass pair configurations cannot be migrated with the following error.
"warning": "Unable to create bypass pair since potential replacement wan member has existing configurations" - Das Gerät ist ION 1200-S.
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
- ION 1200-S
Cause
Der RMA-Assistent überspringt die Erstellung von Bypass-Paaren, wenn die potenziellen Mitglieder auf dem Gerät über Konfigurationen verfügen. Für ION 1200-S sind alle Ports gemäß Dokument Standard(-) DHCP -fähig.
Resolution
Bitte konfigurieren das Bypass-Paar, nachdem Sie den RMA-Assistenten abgeschlossen haben.
