Is it a requirement to purchase a standalone SLS (Strata Logging Service ) license for Device Security ELA subscription?

No , all Device Security ELA  packages do not require a purchase of standalone Strata Logging Service .

They include log ingestion and will NOT require separate SLS/ CDL, (like DRDL SKUs).
