GlobalProtect with pre-logon does not connect after reboot.

• When you configure pre-logon, GlobalProtect cannot connect.
• If you try to log in Windows soon after rebooting the device, the issue is observed.
• If you wait log in for a few seconds, the issue is not observed.
• In PanGPS.log, you will observe the following error.

• Global Protect client for Windows.

The user pre-logon becomes an invalid user after the user logs into Windows. For failed patterns, the user logs in Windows before starting pre-logon. You can check this in PanGPS.log below.
