Symptom
- On Panorama Managed Prisma Access with SaaS Security Inline,
- Importing SaaS Security Inline's Policy Recommendation fails with "members '<app name>' is not a valid reference".
Environment
- Panorama Managed Prisma Access
- SaaS Security Inline
Cause
- This is due to '<app name>' from App-ID Cloud Engine and on Panorama App-ID Cloud Engine disabled.
- The configuration is done under PANORAMA > Setup > ACE.
Resolution
- Unselect "Disable App-ID Cloud Engine" on Panorama and then commit to Panorama.
- If this step doesn't resolve this issue, then please raise a support ticket via Customer Support Portal.
