Question
Why cannot associate the Device Security Trial License with a NFR device?
The device is registered in Hub > Common Services > Device Associations.
We want to associate Device Security Trial using "Associate Apps", but the target device does not appear in the device list.
Environment
- Device Security
- PA-Series Next-Generation Firewall
Answer
May not be available depending on license type.
Device Security trial licenses are not available for NFR devices and the NFR device will not appear in the list.
