Symptom
- Panorama UI 中的 Strata Logging Service 连接显示“无法连接到 API 网关。 （56、'OpenSSL SSL_read：错误：xxxxx：SSL routines：ssl3_read_bytes：sslv3 警报证书已过期，错误 0'）”。
GUI：Panorama > Cloud Services >状态菜单 > Strata Logging Service > Status 选项卡
Environment
- Panorama 管理的 Prisma Access
- Strata 云服务（原 Cortex Data Lake）
Cause
- Panorama 没有有效的证书。
- 使用“show device-certificate status”可显示过期的证书。

- 删除许可证和证书。
- 使用新的一次性密码 （OTP） 创建新证书。 这还将创建一个新证书。
