Question

After configuring QoS profiles,
Mbps QoS Profiletry to enable QoS for a RN, QOS PROFILE column shows 'None'.
QOS PROFILE NONE
Why the configured QoS profiles don't come up?

Environment

Prisma Access

Answer

If the Remote Networks is aggregate bandwidth model and the QoS profile is Mbps Class Bandwidth Type, then that combination causes this issue.
Please change or add Percentage Class Bandwidth Type QoS profile. After that the Percentage Class Bandwidth Type QoS profile will come up on the QOS PROFILE column.

Additional Information

Document "Migrate Your Bandwidth Management Settings" explain this as below.
"If you have QoS Profiles with a
Class Bandwidth Type
 of
Mbps
,
Prisma Access
notifies you that you should plan to change these profiles to a
Class Bandwidth Type
 of
Percentage
."
