Question


How can I remove the serial number of the free Prisma SD-WAN device via Try & Buy program from CSP?

Answer


When you have returned the Prisma SD-WAN device(s) after the free Try & Buy period expired, the device serial number will be automatically removed from your CSP asset list after 30 days. 
If the devices are still in your asset list 30 days after the return date, contact your System Engineer, or create a Support case and choose Prisma SD-WAN (CloudGenix).
