How to navigate between multiple CSP accounts

1. Log into the Support Portal.
2. From the top-left ‘Account Selector’, click the drop-down button.
3. Select the account from the list that you would like to view.
   
   
   
    

You may switch between accounts at the top left hand corner of the portal by clicking on the account name for which will pull down a drop down menu allowing user to select the account in which they are wanting.

If you are facing issues in navigating to the correct account, or are being taken to the incorrect account open a Support Ticket via the Support Portal for the CSR Team to investigate.
