How to create custom application in Strata Cloud Manager Prisma SD-WAN ?

Strata Cloud Manager Prisma SD-WAN Custom Application can be created from
Strata Cloud Manager -> Manage -> Prisma SD-WAN -> Applications -> Add Applications
- Enter the Display Name, and Abbreviation (up to 5 characters)
- Application Configuration
- Application (L7)
- Domains
- App Category
- Network (L3/L4)
- TCP Rules
- UDP Rules
- IP Rules
- Transfer Type (transactional, bulk, rt-audio, rt-video)
- Ingress Traffic Percentage (between 1 - 99)
- Connection Idle Timeout (between 1 - 44000)
- Use unreachability detection
- Path Affinity (strict, none)
- Network Scan App?
- Application (L7)
- Configure Prefix Filters
- Define one or more IP addresses or subnets. IP addresses within a prefix are defined by the subnet. For example, 10.1.1.0/24 defines the entire limit of 255 IPs in that subnet.
- For global prefix filters, enter an IP and subnet address.
- For local prefix filters, in addition to entering an IP and subnet address, select a site.
- For Domain, enter the domain name.
- Layer 7 applications require a domain name or URL address.
- From the App Category drop-down list, select a category.
- From the Transfer Type drop-down list, select transactional, bulk, or real-time audio or video.
- Set the Ingress Traffic Percentage and Timeout.
- Set Path Affinity to strict or none.
Note: Prefix filters with respective ports are required for a custom application.
Note: L7 requires a domain name or URL address.
The new application will be listed under Custom Applications in Strata Cloud Manager -> Manage - Prisma SD-WAN -> Applications -> Add Applications
