Symptom
I cannot open case for XSOAR Community Edition product

Cause
XSOAR Community edition users are not covered under Support as this is offered for free.
XSOAR Community Edition is a 30-day trial product. Even after the 30-day period is up, you can continue using Cortex XSOAR Community Edition at no cost, with limitations on the number of platform requests
Resolution
Visit Live Community where you can discuss issues and consult with other community members.
