Symptom


  • GlobalProtect Agent Host Profile on Mac running macOS 11 showing as macOS 10.16
macOS Host Profile showing as 10.16 instead of 11

Environment


  • GlobalProtect Agent 5.2.4
  • Prisma Access
  • macOS 11

Cause


This is a known issue per GPC-12107.

This is expected to be addressed in an update although there is no ETA at this time.
