Answer


  • Email notifications is a CloudBlade application that provides email updates for alarms and alerts.
  • CloudBlades menu, select the Email Notifications For Alarm-Alerts CloudBlade. 
  • If this CloudBlade does not appear in the menu, please contact CloudGenix Support for assistance.

  • Provide email address to forward the alert. Multiple emails can be added, as comma-separated values, to send to various aliases and groups. The email addresses provided are where alerts will be sent.

After you provide the email address, use the drop-down menu to select the Alarm-Events Conditions:

  • Check each event type that a desired notification is to be sent for.
  • Only one email notification CloudBlade can be installed.
  • Note:
  • There is no ability to have separate email addresses for separate events.
  • Email notification CB executes every 1 minute and sends an email notification.
    If a problem is fixed within a run interval of one minute, we won't send a mail message.
