ION 1000
- The ION 1000 is a low cost, small branch WAN edge device with a throughput of 100 Mbps.
- It has 4x RJ45 ports that support software bypass.
- There is no controller port on this device. Controller connectivity is enabled through any Internet reachable port.
ION 2000
- The ION 2000 is a branch device that can provide throughput of 150 Mbps with all services enabled. It has one controller port for connectivity to the controller and device management.
- The controller port has DHCP enabled by default with five RJ-45 interfaces for WAN/LAN and internet.
- The ION 2000 has one pair of interfaces that are hardware-coupled for inline fail-to-wire.
ION 3000
- The ION 3000 is a branch device that provides 500 Mbps of throughput with all services enabled.
- It has two controller ports for redundant connectivity to the controller and six pairs of RJ45 interfaces that are hardware-coupled for inline fail-to-wire.
ION 7000
- The ION 7000 is a high-end device that can be placed at the data center or at a large remote office.
- It provides 5Gbps of throughput at the data center and 1Gbps of throughput at the branch.
- The ION 7000 has two controller ports for redundant connectivity to the controller.
- There are eight RJ-45 interfaces for WAN/LAN and INET. And there are six SFP+ 10Gig interfaces.
- When used as a branch device, the ION 7000 has two pairs of interfaces that are hardware-coupled for inline fail-to-wire.
