How Can the Customer Deactivate a VM In the Support Portal?
Procedure
To Deactivate license via Support Portal
1. Log into the Support Portal
2. Go to Products> VM-Series Auth Codes>
3. Click on the "Deactivate VM"
4. A popup window will show up with the options to deactivate the license.
5. Click on the "Continue" button to deactivate the license.
6. This process will automatically release the license back to the license pool. Once the firewall is deactivated, it will ask you to reboot the firewall.
7. Reboot firewall.
