Question
When we are viewing statistics, why do we not see the current statistics?
When viewing statistics, you might notice a discrepancy in the displayed statistics.
For example, if the current time is 12:41PM, the last reported sample could be at 12:40:40.

Answer
You may experience a two to five minute delay in reporting stats.
Stats will be populated after you refresh screen.
If the delay is longer than 5 minutes or is persistent, please contact CloudGenix Customer Support at support@cloudgenix.com
