Can Licenses be transferred between Production Devices?

Customer Support Portal License transfers

1. Support license is non-transferable, as it is based on the ship date of the device and is continuous. 
2. Feature licenses (such as Threat Prevention, Wildfire, URL4 etc.) can only be transferred between devices of the same model that are registered to the same account.
Eg.: Feature licenses from a source PAN-PA-220 firewall can be transferred to a target PAN-PA-220 device. Feature subscriptions from a source PAN-PA-220 firewall CANNOT be transferred to a target PAN-PA-500 device.
3. Expired licenses CANNOT be replaced with Active licenses by swapping them between devices of the same model, as it affects future renewals.
4. Renewal feature licenses can be transferred between production devices.
