Question


In terms of deployment options for the appliance, can you support any hypervisor or cloud environment, since you just provide the software appliance? Can the customer install it in any VM, regardless of the platform? I assume it comes bundled with the underlying (most likely Linux) OS as an image.

Answer


CloudGenix supports the virtual form factor that can run on a hypervisor. The customer provides the hypervisor, and CloudGenix provides the application that runs on top of it. Currently, there are no plans to support a Type 2 hypervisor.
