Where do I find which version of GlobalProtect App is active for Prisma Access?

  • Prisma Access

Answer


You can view the list of available GlobalProtect App versions along with the activated version in Panorama, see below. 
  1. Log into Panorama
  2. Navigate to Panorama tab>Cloud Services>Configuration
  3. Service Setup tab> Service Operations> below you will find the activated version along with drop-down of available versions
