  • How do I check the health of my applications using the 'App Health' graph in Prisma SD-WAN portal?

  • Prisma SD-WAN (Cloudgenix)

Answer


  • You can see the App health graphs on following path:-
Go to Prisma SD-WAN portal > Monitor > Activity > go to Network tab
(Please select one site and one app, if you want to see the particular app health)
State             Description
Good             All prefixes of the application are reachable on the given path.
Partially GoodSome prefixes are reachable and some are not on the given path.
UnreachableAll prefixes are not reachable on the given path.
No DataNo data is available as the application does not use this path.
You may also click on the lightning bolt to view health events by prefix.
