- How do I upgrade the software image?
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
- Strata cloud manager
- ION
Answer
- You can upgrade the software image from the controller by clicking on Upgrade
- Click on ION Device
- Go to "Basic Info"
- Select the appropriate software and submit
Option 1:
SCM: workflows--> devices-->config
or
Option 2: workflows--> devices-->claimed/unclaimed-->upgrade
