Symptom

After upgrading firewalls from a pre 9.1 PanOS release to any maintenance release in 9.1, disk quota error below may be seen during manual commit operation.

Details:Disk quotas add up to more than 100% Invalid configuration. Please fix errors and try again.

Environment

Firewalls which are upgraded to 9.1.x and with full log partition allocated

Cause

The issue is because the logs are re-arranged due to the addition of GlobalProtect logs which are introduced in PanOS 9.1.

Resolution

1. The log quota settings will need to be modified to lower the total percentage below 100%.

Reference the steps and the screenshots in the following knowledge article for assistance in modifying the log quota settings.
