To direct the customer to the right departments with their request for license renewal or for an emergency license extension.

Procedure
For license renewals, please contact your Reseller or your Palo Alto Account Manager.
If it is an emergency and you need your licenses extended until the renewal is completed, you can reach out to our Renewals Team. The public email addresses per region are:
