Symptom

GlobalProtect L’application ne se connecte pas à GlobalProtect la passerelle.
L’erreur « Ne pouvait pas se connecter à la GlobalProtect passerelle. S’il vous IT plaît contacter votre administrateur. » est affiché,
Redémarrer GlobalProtect le Client résout le problème.
debug_drv.log « Trouvé périphérique pangpd ROOT \ PANGPD \0000, retirez-le maintenant. » et ne s’est pas connecté jusqu’à GlobalProtect redémarrer GlobalProtect le Client comme indiqué dans les journaux ci-dessous.

[Error]: Gateway Japan Central: Could not connect to the GlobalProtect gateway. Please contact your IT administrator.

Le logiciel de sécurité de point de terminaison 3rd Party est installé sur le client Windows PC .

Cause

Le logiciel de sécurité de point de terminaison de la 3ème partie interfère avec GlobalProtect .

Resolution

Configurez l’exception de l’analyse par logiciel de sécurité de point de terminaison 3rd Party par rapport GlobalProtect aux dossiers suivants.

« C :\Program Files (x86)\Palo Alto Networks\ GlobalProtect " (Si 32bit GlobalProtect Installateur est utilisé)

Le client a fait face au problème avec le produit de sécurité de point de terminaison 3ème Partie suivant dans le cas 01575213.
