Symptom

GlobalProtect La aplicación no se puede conectar a la GlobalProtect puerta de enlace.
El error "No se pudo conectar a la GlobalProtect puerta de enlace. Póngase en contacto con su IT administrador." se muestra,
Recomience el GlobalProtect cliente resuelve el problema.
debug_drv.log muestra "Encontrado dispositivo pangpd ROOT \ PANGPD \0000, retírelo ahora." y no pudo conectar GlobalProtect hasta reiniciar el cliente como se muestra en los registros a GlobalProtect continuación.

"debug_drv.log" cuando se vio el problema:

GlobalProtect Aplicación (Windows)
El software de seguridad del punto de conexión 3rd Party está instalado en el cliente de PC Windows.

Cause

El software de seguridad endpoint 3rd Party interfiere en GlobalProtect .

Resolution

Configure la excepción de scan por el software de seguridad de punto de conexión de 3rd Party en las siguientes GlobalProtect carpetas.
