Symptom

GlobalProtect Die App kann keine Verbindung zum GlobalProtect Gateway herstellen.
Der Fehler "Es konnte keine Verbindung mit dem Gateway hergestellt GlobalProtect werden. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren IT Administrator." wird angezeigt,
Der Client wird neu gestartet, um das Problem zu GlobalProtect beheben.
debug_drv.log zeigt "Found pangpd device ROOT , PANGPD remove it now." und konnte nicht verbunden werden, GlobalProtect bis der Client neu gestartet GlobalProtect wurde, wie in den Protokollen unten gezeigt.

"debug_drv.log", als das Problem gesehen wurde:

"pan_gp_event.log", als das Problem gesehen wurde:

[Error]: Gateway Japan Central: Could not connect to the GlobalProtect gateway. Please contact your IT administrator.

Die Endpunktsicherheitssoftware eines Drittanbieters ist auf dem Windows-Client PC installiert.

Cause

Endpunktsicherheitssoftware von Drittanbietern stört GlobalProtect .

Resolution

Konfigurieren Sie die Ausnahme des Scans durch Endpunktsicherheitssoftware von Drittanbietern für folgende GlobalProtect Ordner.
