How to Transfer Prisma Licenses across CSP Accounts?

Objective
The objective of the article is to see which type of cloud licenses (Prisma Access / Prisma Cloud / Prisma Saas / XSOAR / CDL / XDR, etc) are transferable across CSP accounts.
Environment
CSP, tenant
Procedure
Prisma Access or Prisma Saas (Aperture)
Prisma Access (Panorama managed or Cloud managed) and Prisma SaaS (Aperture) cannot be transferred across CSP accounts. It is a restriction on the product.
Thus an account merger, where the source account has Prisma Access is not supported either.
The only way is to de-provision the tenant and deploy it again from the correct account.
Create an Admin case if you would like to de-provision your tenant.
Prisma Access can be transferred between Panorama devices registered in the same CSP account .
Prisma Cloud (Twistlock), XSOAR, XDR, CDL
On CSP there is no option to transfer cloud assets between CSP accounts which are mapped with a tenant.
An asset transfer may be possible if the source and target CSP accounts belong to the same end user.
Create an Admin case for the transfer request and provide the following information:
- business justification of the transfer
- the source and target CSP account ID
Support team will review your query and and advise you if the transfer is possible.
