After Dataplane upgrade, the public IP address of Prisma Access gets changed

Symptom
- Dataplane Upgrade is completed on Prisma Access for Mobile Users Location.
- After upgrade, the Public IP addresses of the location gets changed to a different IP address.
- This change can cause the issue accessing SaaS vendors and other required service providers who have whitelisted only the public IP.
Environment

Cause
- When the Dataplane upgrade is performed, we are deploying a new instance with the new Dataplane version and removing the old one.
- During this process a new IP address is assigned.
Resolution
- This IP address change on the Prisma Access mobile users node after a Dataplane upgrade is expected behavior.
- To resolve this, Retrieve the IP address and whitelist all the IP addresses assigned to the tenant.
