Specific user account(s) cannot see log entries in Strata Logging Services.

Symptom

The Explore view consistently appears blank for the affected users.

The issue persists across different browsers.

Clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue.

Restarting the user’s device does not resolve the issue.

Re-creating the HUB user account does not restore log visibility.
Environment
Strata Logging Service (Former Cortex Data Lake)
Cause
The issue occurs because the user account is registered only in HUB and not in the Customer Support Portal (CSP), which prevents log entries from being displayed in Strata Logging Services.
Resolution
It is recommended to register the affected user account in the Customer Support Portal (CSP). Once the user is registered in both CSP and HUB, log entries in Strata Logging Services will be displayed as expected.
