Symptom


You want to deploy Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) to your Prisma Access environment. 
 

Environment


  • Prisma Access
  • Cloud Identity Engine (CIE)

Cause


None. 

Resolution


> There is no minimum requirement when deploying Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) to your Prisma Access.
> This include Prisma Access running on on-prem Panorama.
> The existing Panorama PAN-OS version (not EoS) and Cloud Services Plugin version will work with Cloud Identity Engine (CIE).
