No Serial Numbers under Option to Migrate Panorama in Software NGFW Credits

Question
Why don't I see the Panorama serial number when I select Software NGFW Credits > More Options > Provision Panorama > Migrate Existing? I have Panorama serial numbers created under an ELA registered in my CSP account.
Answer
Check the licensing associated with the Panorama. If it indicates Token License it means CN tokens were activated against that serial number and it will not be available to migrate to Software NGFW Credits.
Check the CN-Series Licensing tab to verify.
Because tokens (credits) have already been allocated against the serial number, additional credits may not be allocated through the Software NGFW Credits.
Tokens may be removed following these instructions and the serial number will then appear in the list of Panoramas that can be migrated.
