Question


IN MULTI CATEGORY, WHICH CATEGORY WILL BE DISPLAYED WHEN BOTH ARE SET TO BLOCK.

Environment


Any PANW Firewall
Any PAN-OS version

Answer


 
1. Make sure the content version is updated.
2. Even though both the categories are set to block, the block page will display only one category.
But the category that it displays will always be the primary category and never the secondary category.
 
Note: Makes sure that both the categories are set to block and the profile is called under the security policy.
