WildFire Private Cloud not processing forwarded files after upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading WildFire Private Cloud to PAN-OS 10.1.5-h2, it is not processing forwarded files.

When registering WildFire Private Cloud on the firewall, no error is seen. Example as below:

NGFW > request wildfire registration channel private

WildFire registration for Private Cloud is triggered

Check shows that the WildFire Private Cloud registration has failed. Example as below:

NGFW > test wildfire registration channel private
This test may take a few minutes to finish. Do you want to continue? (y or n)

Test wildfire Private Cloud

Testing cloud server 10.0.10.170 ...
wildfire registration: failed

On the WildFire, many services are not running correctly and mysql_local failed to start. Example as below:

WildFire > show system software status

Overall control-plane status: startChildren
----------------------------------------
Group 'all' will list status of all process members

Cause

WildFire upgrade did not reboot correctly.

Resolution

Reboot the WildFire appliance.
After the reboot, check to see if all the services are running as expected.
