Symptom


  • When users use non-US CDL region, only Prisma Access Usage dashboard can be seen until users consent to the privacy notice.

Cause



 

Resolution


  1. Users who use Non-US CDL region has to agree on the "privacy notice" to see Prisma Access Dashboard in Insights > Activity page.

  1. Once the users agree Privacy Notice, all dashboard information can be seen.
