Why can`t I see subscription licenses associated with the serial number of my ION (Prisma SD-WAN) device on the support portal?

Subscription licenses are not directly tied to the ION (Prisma SD-WAN) serial number for which they were purchased. Only the support license will be visible under the ION serial number on the support portal. The subscription authorization codes are associated with the Tenant. You can identify which Tenant each subscription authorization code is tied to by visiting Products >> Cloud Services. The digits shown in the Associated Services / Devices column reflect the Tenant ID.

The auth codes are also listed under Products >> Assets >> Prisma SD-WAN.
When you click on the Licenses/Subscriptions icon at the end of the row, you will be redirected to a window with all the license information.
