Drill down into the Threat Detection to generate the window below. Here you can see the Threat detection is not complete as indicated as 2 of 5 Tasks Completed.

But one can see that the cloud account status is green and has been enabled for Flow Logs/ Audit Logs at a Tenant Level for the Azure Account.

Procedure

Since this is a Tenant Level Azure cloud account. You must drill down on your subscription level cloud accounts to verify if the flow/audit logs have been configured. Same applies for AWS Organizations.

GUI Path: Settings > Providers > Edit Cloud Account > Management Groups and Subscriptions

The adoption advisor takes into account all the individual cloud accounts at a subscription level under the Tenant, so these status errors in red/amber is why the adoption advisor is marked as incomplete.
