Why is the option to create a parent account group not available in Prisma Cloud?

Question
Why is the option to create a parent account group as per the documentation not available in Prisma Cloud?
In the following screenshots, when creating a new account group, you can either be able to select the new account with the option "Make this as a parent account group." or you may not have this option available (Please refer to below screenshots).
Prisma Cloud without feature enabled:
GUI Path: Settings > Account Groups > Add New Account Group
Prisma Cloud with feature enabled:
GUI Path: Settings > Account Groups > Add New Account Group

This feature is available to customers on Alerts 2.0. Please contact your Prisma Cloud account or customer success team to enable this feature on your tenant.
Once the feature is enabled you will be able to toggle your Account Group as "Make this a parent account group"

Prisma Cloud enables you to nest account groups which provide greater flexibility in how to map out your organization’s internal hierarchy and delegate permissions. A nested account group has one or more account groups that are organized in a parent-child hierarchy. Parents can have a combination of children and directly associated accounts, and they will be able to view all of the assets or alerts of the parent account group and that of their children.
The following workflow creates an account group and then places it inside of a parent. An account group becomes a child when it’s placed inside of a parent.
