Symptom


System logs have "Clearing eproxy.log due to log overflow" daily or more often."

Environment


  • PAN-OS 10.1
  • PA-VM

Cause


When the file size of eporxy.log is over 5MB, the eporxy.log is rotated. The message is shown in case of its rotated. Log frequency depends on customer environment and log.

Resolution


It is not problematic alert. Hence, it should be ignored.
